My products come from various location. Some of them ship directly from our warehouses in Malaysia and United States.

Shipping fee is included in listed price unless stated otherwise.

When you purchase a ready stock item which is located in Malaysia, it will be sent via Pos Laju/ Pos Parcel. Your signature confirmation is required to receive the item and you will receive a tracking number for your reference.

When you purchase pre-order item, you need to wait approx 2-4 weeks because shipment from United States is pretty 'slow'. This is because we want to keep the price lower than retail price. Sometimes delivery from U.S can be 'extremely slow' and your cooperation and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Once your lovely item is arrived to our warehouse in Malaysia, we will ship it out using Pos Laju or Pos Parcel. They come with tracking number and we will give you a tracking number for your reference. Your signature confirmation is required to receive the item.
