Refund And Return

RETURN

Basically, we accept return for all items EXCEPT:
1. Healthy & Beauty Products such as skincare, makeup, body mist, lotion and perfumes;
2. Clothes for baby and adult;
3. Pre-order item that has price RM500 and above.

Returns must be made within 7 days upon receiving. You are responsible for shipping fee to return an item to us.

Here is simple procedure how to return an item:
1. Contact us immediately through email/sms that you want to return the item.
2. We will give you a returned address.
3. Wrap the item carefully just like the way you received it.
4. Ship the item via Registered Mail or Pos Laju.

Note: We are not responsible for 'loss items' due to not following this simple instruction.


REFUND

Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you pay by credit card, we will deduct extra RM2 per transaction on top of shipping/handling fee.

Refund will be given if an item is returned in its original condition only. Otherwise, we will deduct your money based on 'loss value of the item'. We will issue a refund after we received an item. Normally, you will get a refund within 48 hours.
