General Questions/FAQ

We always receive similar questions almost every day. Here is the answers you might want to ask us. If you don't find any answer to your questions, let us know.

ORDER

1. How do I order an item?
You can order using order form. Please do not forget to let us know which product you are ordering by stating the title of the item or code number.


PRODUCTS


1. Is this authentic item?
Yes, all items on this website are 100% authentic/original. We do not sell fake/imitation/replica items on this website.

2. How do I know your item is authentic?
We sell only authentic/original items on this website. If you doubt us, you can make your own research by googling online or shop around at your local shops.

3. Am I getting an item exactly like on your website?
Yes, definitely. You got our words. Some pictures are taken by ourselves and some pictures are 'stock photos' which is provided by our suppliers.

4. What is 'stock photo'?
It is a photo which is provided by our suppliers. Normally factory produces hundreds/thousands units of items and they just take picture of an item as representing the other same items. It's almost impossible for us to take photos of every single same items.

5. Why your item is so cheap?
We are doing our current best to find the best bargain we get and we pass the savings to you.

6. Can you re-stock/re-order the sold items?
It depends on the item. However we cannot guarantee we will obtain same price as advertised on our website since bargain items sell fast. Well, feel free to let us know which one you are interested in.

7. Does the bag comes with dust bag and authenticity card?
No. Most of handbags does not come with dust bag and authenticity card. Normally, only 'high-priced' items such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and the like have their own dust bag and authenticity card. In fact, some of Coach bags don't come with dust bag.
Because of this reason, we make an alternative by providing you a dust bag whenever you purchase a bag from us. We understand a handbag is precious item and we should take a good care.


PAYMENT METHOD

1. How do I pay?
You can make payment with ebanking or cash deposit to our Maybank/CIMB account. You can use Maybank2U, CimbClicks, PBeBank and the like. We also accept credit cards.

2. Do I need to give you the proof of payment?
Yes, please do so. If you use ebanking, do write our email address or our contact number during transaction. You can attach it on email. It helps us to identify which your payment is as we have numerous transactions per day.

3. Can you reserve the item for me?
No, we don't do that. Our policy is first pay, first served basis. We will reserve an item for you when you pay some deposit and you can pay the balance within 30 days.

4. Would you sell my item to other buyer after I paid the deposit?
No. We won't do that to you. Period. We respect your decision to choose us and we won't let go the item even though other buyer can make full payment immediately.

5. Do you accept installment?
Yes, we accept installment without extra fee. Please ask us for further explanation regarding installment plan.

6. I am afraid if I don't get my item when I pay by installment....
Trust us. We keep the item for you right after you pay the first payment until you settle the entire payment.

7. When do I get my item if I pay by installment?
You will get your item after you paid the entire payment.

8. Do you have extra charge when I pay with credit card?
Nope, we don't charge service fee when you pay by credit card. We are cooperating with local company and you will be charged in Malaysia Ringgit currency.
p/s: we need you to sign an authorization form after you made the payment.


SHIPPING

1. If I pay today, when do I get the item?
a) When you order 'ready stock' items, we will ship the item within 2 working days. Delivery using Pos Laju might take another 1-3 working days and Pos Parcel will take 3-7 working days.
b) When you order 'pre-order' items, delivery will take about 3-4 weeks. This delivery time depends on courier, duration of transit and custom clearance. We cannot tell you exactly when it will arrive.

2. What courier do you use to ship my item?
By default, we use Pos Laju for 'small' items. If an item is 'big', we use Pos Parcel to save on shipping cost.

3. What is Pos Laju and what is Pos Parcel?
a) Pos Laju is an express courier by Pos Malaysia. They are fast and reliable service. They also have tracking number and you can trace your parcel online. Normally items ship within 24 hours for Semenanjung Malaysia and 1-3 working days for Sabah/Sarawak. You need to sign the parcel upon delivery. If nobody at home during delivery, they will give a notification card to claim the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office.
b) Pos Parcel is a parcel service by Pos Malaysia. The difference between Pos Parcel and Pos Laju is Pos Parcel delivery time is about 3-10 working days. They have tracking number(you can track online) and signature is required upon delivery.

4. Do you ship using Pos Ekspres?
Yes, we use Pos Ekspres for 'small' items. But we strongly recommend to use Pos Laju.

5. I want to use other courier. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. However you are responsible to shipping and handling fee that will be charged.

6. I want to save more. Would you ship using normal mail?
No, we don't ship item using normal mail as it does not have any ways to track the item. We want to be sure all items are arrived at their destination.

7. If my item is missing during shipment, can I claim it from you?
No. We are not responsible to the item once it leaves our warehouse. Please report the missing item to the courier. They will trace the parcel for you.
p/s: we have shipped hundreds of items and 99.99% have reached its' destination.

8. I still haven't received my parcel, yet. What should I do?
Please call Pos Hotline 1 300 300 300 and give them the tracking number. We will email the tracking number after we shipped an item. Pos Hotline will help you to trace the parcel.
